My husband and I recently bought a used RAV4. We had a some difficulties dealing with an employee that left us with bitter feelings. We then raised the issue with the management and they’ve shown real care. Managers like Will followed up with us multiple times and went above and beyond to address all of our concerns. Mistakes happen in every organization but it’s what they do after to resolve that earns customers’ trust. We are glad that we raised the issue and we are very grateful to the management team at Jackson’s for following up on their promises with care, compassion and decency. Our message to other Jackson’s customers is to not get discouraged by an initial perhaps less than ideal encounter but to really follow up on it. From what we experienced they will take care of you no matter what.

Walked into Barrie Toyota today thinking I was about to buy a car. Silly me! Turns out I committed the cardinal sin of being suspected of knowing a guy named Richard. That’s right—didn’t mention Richard, didn’t bring Richard, but apparently I gave off strong “Richard-sent-me” vibes, and that was enough to shut the whole thing down. I guess I missed the part on their website that says “No sales to suspected associates of Richard.” My bad! So if you, too, are looking to be judged based on the ghost of a man you've never confirmed knowing, come on down to Barrie Toyota! Where your references don’t need to exist and paranoia is part of the sales process. ✨ Truly an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to not come back.
