The whole Barrie Jackson's Toyota Team from Dona Pereira who was fantastic, I first met her when a 2020 Rav a had just bought from a Used Car Dealer quit and I had it towed to Jackson's. Once I relized it was a lemon I traded it in. The Salesman Eric McCormack was outstanding, he work with me to get the best deal possible. Danielle Hay was the icing on the cake so professional.This team rocked and saved me from a very bad situation I cant thank them enough. Take care Mike

I have been very disappointed with my recent experiences with the service department. Last two times I visited, I was forced to miss the mileage on my regular service because they couldn't make a timely appointment. There were good days in the past when they used to have evening appointments one day a week; but those days are long gone.

I just purchased my “new to me” used RAV4 from Ish at Jackson’s Toyota. Ish was very helpful and it was a great experience! Love my new car!! I would definitely recommend Jackson’s Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car!!

Where to begin. Go in to inquire about purchasing a rav4. New or used. Went to used first. Was lowballed on my trade by almost $10k below my market value. Then offered a ridiculous interest rate with a high credit score. Only when making a complaint do I get a half decent offer on a new vehicle. During the purchase process with Rick. They don’t take no for answer when trying to upsell you added coverage and warranties. I requested my deposit back that I paid, and still haven’t seen it returned. I will be calling head office about my experience. Calling to get my refund is getting bounced around to different people who tell me they can’t do anything. Better go to Collingwood, Toyota which is where I’ll be buying my vehicle. Absolutely toxic experience.

Had an incredible experience with Kathleen Moore! absolutely fantastic. I previously have had a poor experience at Jacksons Toyota and to be honest found most sales people there to be lazy. Kathleen was great to deal with and went above and beyond in a very friendly and no pressure manner while dealing with my indecisiveness and working though to make sure I didn't just buy anything, but to make sure what i was buying was correct for me. very patient and knowledgeable. One of the best sales people i think i have ever dealt with.

My husband and I were very interested in buying a car, all the salesperson did was to say how good they were, no competition in terms of cars, they are so good that they never have a car available to show, the first probably 20 minutes of the conversation was held at the front of the dealership, did not bring us to a desk to discuss appropriately about what we wanted, the numbers and stuff to the point that we were finally very disinterested in everything he was talking about (probably something about how Toyota car are amazing). We felt his goal was to sell the idea, not an actual car. Of course we left with no solid information or numbers and went straight to the competitor that was way more helpful and excited about our business.
