I had an excellent experience at Jacksons Toyota, thanks to the outstanding support from Sai, the sales representative. From the moment I walked in, Sai was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. What impressed me the most was how quickly and efficiently he handled the entire process. I was expecting it to take months, but Sai went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed smoothly and in record time. He was transparent, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Beware trying to get a deposit back is even less comfortable than having teeth pulled. Will not do business with them again.

Derrick is GODSENT!! My Sienna was towed to the dealership because I broke down on the highway. I was so nervous about the whole process and he made everything so much smoother and easier! He updated me and was so kind all throughout. I will only be coming here for any service appointments etc in the future because this was such a positive experience. He is extremely helpful, communicative, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me out with my situation. Seriously, he is phenomenal! He went above and beyond and I am SO GRATEFUL for him! Always ask for Derrick!!!! He is hands down the BEST!!!!

Nice Staff and willing to solve the problems. Tire got exploded on a day trip near Barrie, and they were able to swap it to a new one within short period of time, and this is under warranty service, amazing
