Extremely disappointing experience with the service department at this Toyota dealership. I visited them with dashboard lights on, and they managed to squeeze me in for a same-day diagnosis, which was the only positive aspect. However, their diagnosis only involved scanning codes and resetting them, failing to identify the actual cause of the issue. To add insult to injury, they charged me for this incomplete diagnosis. The next day, the lights came back on, and I returned to the dealership, only to be told that I'd need to pay an additional $500 for further diagnosis. Unbelievable! I took my business elsewhere and found a local mechanic who diagnosed and fixed the issue in one visit. The contrast in service was night and day. I would strongly advise against using this dealership for service. They seem more interested in charging you for incomplete work than actually fixing your vehicle."

First time to the show room with my family and had really worst experience and sour taste left behind. We went to buy RAV4. We walked in in the reception. They were very nice and polite. All the sales person wasn’t seems very interested of selling cars walk in very casual way zero professionalism, and upon asking to show the car he took Us outside to show a car which Was locked and Sold out to some other person. They do not have any cars to show to their customers? Sales guy has zero eager to sell his car although He was representing himself as a lease champion. I mean, you did not take your client out to show locked car and tell them to take a peek through the window? We’ve been to this showroom after we got recommendation from our Neighbours But since we forgot the sales person, they told me we decided to get any sales person, but we did not get the same treatment probably they got We understand the RAV4 is the high selling car. We have seen Many times on the road. After that incident, we did not want to purchase from them. We walked out and I would not recommend anyone else to go to Jackson’s Toyota.

Well, where to begin? I had purchased a truck from these guys a couple of years ago, and had a very positive experience. So much so, in fact, that I suggested the place to someone who subsequently purchased a truck there, too. Then, I needed another truck, and thought that I knew just the place! I negotiated an initial price with someone and then was subjected to the stereotypical barrage of pressure tactics to land the sale. We need a down payment, to which I agreed. Then it was, we also need a signed bill of sale - to which I disagreed; the signed bill of sale will happen after we agree on the final price. Then, I found a more competitive price and asked for a match. Nope, they couldn't do it. Also, no problem. Refund my card and I'll be on my way. Oh, wait, we can only refund the card in person; a curious detail given that they seemed only too capable of billing it remotely. Well, I guess I'm left with no choice! In I go to participate in the fully cheapened experience. I guess the addage applies, buyer beware. So, I pass this experience along to you - may you make an informed choice.

My wife and I recently visited Jackson’s Toyota to look at a ‘black’ 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport we found online. We made an appointment via phone to test drive the vehicle with the intent to purchase it if we liked it. Unfortunately, after traveling on one of the worst days of winter to make our appointment, we found out the truck had already been sold. It turned out to be a miscommunication with their call center. Needless to say, we were disappointed; however, instead of giving us a half-hearted apology and a shrug of the shoulders, Amir and Ish did their best to make things right by offering us a deal on a ‘white’ 2024 Tacoma SR5 that was a demo model. Though the offer was generous, we had to think things through as it was a color we were trying to avoid and a lesser trim than we saw as comparable to a Chevy Colorado we were considering buying new. After considering all the options, Amir and Ish’s customer service swayed our decision. My wife and I appreciated that they gave us the best offer they could to keep our business, weren’t overly pushy to close the deal, and honored their offer when we called back later. We are now the proud owners of a ‘white’ Toyota Tacoma SR5 and couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Amir and Ish, for your dedication to customer service and for making us feel valued.
