I had already booked a RAV4, but while waiting, I asked my sales rep Cole to help me find a used car. He found a 2021 Corolla, and I went to see it. While I was still unsure, Cole and the sales manager, Bilal, pressured me to decide quickly as the dealership was closing. They asked for a $1,000 deposit, assuring me it was refundable. The next day, I changed my mind and informed them immediately. Despite that, Bilal rudely told me there were no cancellations and I’d lose my deposit. I visited the dealership to explain I hadn’t taken the car or received approval, and I even offered to transfer the deposit to my original RAV4 order, but he refused. He gave me only two options: take the car or lose the money. I then spoke to a kind staff member, DL, who said I should get the refund. But Bilal scolded her in front of me and repeated that I wouldn’t get my money back. Later, I called and spoke with Michelle, a helpful CSR, who connected me with another manager, Amir. Amir was respectful and said customer satisfaction matters most — he promised to return my deposit without issue. Thanks to DL, Michelle, and Amir for their support. But due to the unprofessional behavior of Cole and especially Bilal, I no longer feel comfortable with my RAV4 order and would not recommend dealing with them.

We had the best experience at Jackson’s Toyota 3 weeks ago. We’d been very disappointed in the customer service at another Toyota dealership and were recommended to give Jackson’s our business. We walked into the dealership intrigued by the new Crown Signia. Sai greeted us and instantly put us at ease. No pressure. Just information. There was nothing he didn’t know about the CS. We purchased the car about an hour later and he has followed up with us to multiple times answering the odd question (how do we wash the rear camera? how do we save the seat adjustment?)

I recently visited and I was assisted by Ishpreet Singh, and I genuinely had a great experience. Even though I wasn’t necessarily there to make a purchase, Ishpreet treated me with the utmost respect and kindness from the moment I walked in. He was incredibly honest and transparent in answering all my questions, without any pressure or sales tactics. It’s rare to come across someone in this industry who is so genuine, patient, and approachable. Ishpreet took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. If you're looking for someone who is truly honest, kind, and customer-focused, I highly recommend connecting with Ishpreet Singh. I had a very disappointing experience at Jackson Toyota. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was lacking — I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. The staff seemed disorganized, and I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and transparency from a dealership. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend them based on my experience.
