Went to dealership and bought a 2025 Tundra, reception and salesman were fantastic and professional. But the sliding scale went from there i wasn't able to pick up the vehicle until 4 days later as they were going to tint the front windows which was part of the sale. So I came in to pick up vehicle and found out the tinting wasn't completed, ok a disappointment but acceptable. was told tinting would be done at a future date. Paper work and everything was done and I drove the vehicle home. Later that day I received a phone from Rick Chan stating the check I gave wasn't good enough it didn't have my name or address on it. Rick compared me to someone stealing the Truck without any money upfront and that I might have given a fraudulent check. I was so pissed to be compared to a thief who would steal the truck. If i were to steal the truck, why would I trade in a vehicle that was valued at 61,000.00!!!! So I had to sign a withdrawal form, and so I did. I dropped the truck off at the dealer on Tuesday June 11, 2025, to have the tint completed. Tinting was done and I drove the truck home, so drove for several days no issues. So the following Sunday we went out for breakfast, my passenger was unable to get out of the truck, door wasn't opening from the inside. Had breakfast drove home took door skin off, found a tab broken and the door cable not attached to the door mechanism to open the door. Let alone the cable was pinched. So no problem I put it all back together and door opened and closed no problem. Called service and explained the situation and they had me ordered the part from parts which i did. I have yet to this date I'm still waiting to get a call from service to let me know when I'm able to come in to get the part installed. **NOT A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER AS AFTER SALE SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST**

My experience at Jackson Toyota on Mapleview Rd. in Barrie, Ontario was outstanding on July 11, 2025. My 22 year old Toyota Highlander's motor was purring like a kitten but the under frame finally became too rusty to drive. I was in desperate need of a replacement and found a used 2024 Corolla Cross Hybrid online at their dealership. I called and asked them to try to save it for me as I was on my way. Living 2 hours away, I was not sure what to expect but the two gentlemen who helped me were wonderful!! Moein Mahzoonhaghighi and Romik Gupta bent over backward to expedite the sale for me. Moein gave me a test drive and explained many of the vehicle's features. He then drove to Service Ontario to get the transfer of my plates approved. Romik helped me to arrange a wire transfer of funds to avoid delay of the sale and explained all of the financial aspects and protection coverage in great detail. Both men were very welcoming, patient, and courteous and they answered all of my questions clearly and in a kind manner. Their gracious approach was particularly appreciated because as an older senior, I have felt ageism in some other situations. Moein and Romik showed great respect, integrity and professionalism throughout my buying process. I will be forever grateful for their remarkable efforts on my behalf. I had an outstanding experience at Jackson's Toyota thanks to Ekkom and Romik. Ekkom was an exceptional sales representative—truly one of the best I’ve encountered. He made sure I had all the information I needed at every step, and he communicated everything clearly and effectively. His approach made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Romik, on the financial side, was equally fantastic. He was very straightforward, informative, and professional. He explained all the financial aspects in a way that was easy to understand, and I appreciated how transparent he was throughout the process. Overall a 10/10 experience and I couldn't be more happy with my new Toyota!
