Dead battery only 8 months old won’t warnrty it got two other quote On battery say it not frozen and Kia did not. Even test this battery see u in small claims

We recently purchased a brand new 2021 Kia Soul from Tim Worthing. Although we reached out to him and knew what vehicle we wanted already, Tim made sure to leave no stone unturned to make the whole process as easy and natural as possible. Even once we got home and all the excitement dwindled down, we still couldn’t think of anything that we would have liked to go differently or something they Tim may have forgot. We are super thankful that Tim was our salesman and we look forward to going to him with any inquiries or issues we have in the future!

I have purchased three sedona's from Kia to date my most resent today was a new 2021 I love it and Tim is wonderful I have had Tim as my sales person from the start and I have the greatest respect for him. He goes over and above and does his best to get you what it is you are looking for. He answers all your questions and is always ready with a smile and a helping hand. I strongely recommend this sales person to anyone looking for a used or new and I strongly recommend Kia and the whole team in Thunder Bay .

I got a call to trade in my Sportage & wasn’t sure at first.. that was until I meet Chris Holland & he introduced me to the 2019 Sorento!! I totally love my new car!! Chris was the absolute best to deal with so very professional and friendly, made buying a new car the easiest experience ever!! He listened to what I was looking for and made sure I got the right vehicle that was best for me!!! Terrible customer service.

Purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage almost 2 years ago. I am very disappointed with the customer service they provide. I have had issues with paint chipping off(in the winter time) the vehicle wasn’t even 6 months old. There have been other issues as well. Beware, they take your money and throw you to the wayside. First time Kia buyers, and it will be the last.
