I improperly installed the cabin filter and it started to make a noise which they were able to properly install my filter and got rid of the noise

It was great I had an appointment when in they took care of what needed to get done I was out and on my way within 40 minutes

We started our journey corresponding with Tim, describing what we were looking for. Tim took that into account and showed us different options for what we requested. In the end we purchase a better version than what we wanted.

Warranty repair

Everything went well although it did take a week for it to be repaired and we were provided with a loaner vehicle I feel that it takes a while to get parts if they are needed. Also when I picked up the vehicle I had expected it would be cleaned (it wasn’t) otherwise everyone was pleasant to deal with and a piece was not put back but I found it in the cup holder and did it my self
