A Kia Sportage is a safe and reliable and low maintenance vehicle. I am hoping to be able to keep this Kia Sportage for many years.

Amanda seemed to know the answers to our questions, but if she wasn't sure she found out right away..Arthur knew all the info too and answered all our questions. Both were very helpful and personable. Easy to talk to.

The service department ( several involved) went out of their way to provide us with the service we needed in a helpful .pleasant and efficient manner.We did not have to make calls or wait --- they did all the work to have our warrantee work completed fully and promptly.We were so impressed we sent a thank you!

well I brought my car in to get them to look at the corrosion on my rims. That was in the beginning of July, still never heard back from anyone!!!!!!!! As it states in my warranty that corrosion is covered! What horrible customer service! I would never buy a Kia again!

I brought our rondo in for an oil change on May 31, they also did a canister kit replacement on June 12 came back because the engine came on, they got it in right away, I asked if it could be the part they changed was told no, they did the scan told me they found a small pin hole and fixed it and reset the code (cost 62.48). on June 18th the light came back on came back on June 21 found out there was a large crack in the canister kit they replaced, was also told that the cabin air filter was really really dirty and should be replaced, had it replaced but think this should of been seen when they did the oil change if it was that dirty. I feel that since the part they put in was faulty we should not of had to pay for the scan.

service staff replaced my damaged tire with a brand new tire. very efficient & fast. excellent service provided. Have always had great service at this dealership
