A pleasent experience

So far with Kia, I can say I have had a very pleasant experience as opposed to the last car dealership I used. Everyone is always courteous and willing to help.

I am always treated with respect and friendliness anytime Im at the dealer. The service representative is quick and thorough. He asks specific questions about my vehicle and the service needed. I have always been happy with the outcome.

The sales representative appreciated our reason for leasing rather than purchasing. He provided comprehensive information on all aspects of leasing. However we were disappointed in the value that was placed on our trade-in ($6,500) given that our vehicle had but 36,500 Kilometres after five years usage and subsequently was advertised for sale by your firm for $11,000.
