The sales staff were very accommodating and insightful in respect to my need.

The purpose of my visit was to obtain information on leasing a vehicle. The salesman responded by information that confirmed that leasing was my best alternative. He did not pressure me for a decision and he appreciated the fact that I would be calling on other car dealerships for a similar reason. His open ended invitation to return after seeing these other firms induced me to return.

Tim went in to get tire pressure checked as we felt one may have been low. All were fine and it was recommended perhaps a wheel alignment be done. Great idea...shall have it done soon.

Your salesman, Aldon was very helpful in everyway even to making photo copies of information for me. When I came in to buy floor mates for the car, he went out immediately and put them in. Your Finance man, Art, explained all aspects of the contracts that I had to sign. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Another great experience at Kia in Thunder Bay. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. They took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly, and made sure it was ready to be picked up when I needed it. Super friendly people to deal with!
