I WAS SHOWN THE 2 VEHICLES AND DID TEST DRIVE BOTH THE KIA SORENTO V6SX AND THE TURBO V4SX. MY PREFERENCE WAS TH V6SX, THE PROS AND CONS WERE WELL EXPLAINED. I AM A PREVIOUS KIA CUSTOMER AND THIS IS THE SECOND AND NOT THE PRIMARY VEHICLE. THIS IS MY FIRST LEASE EXPERIENCE ALLOWING ME TO UPGRADE FROM A 2013 TO 2017. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF & SATISFIED CUSTOMER

I was treated like I was important not just another customer. Paul the salesman and Art in finance were easy to talk to and did everything to accommodate me. This is my second Kia and would defiantly recommend to friends and family.

I went in to test drive and asked the salesman for the price of the car only, and my trade-in allowance only. I was kept waiting for over an hour and finally another salesman came up and had the whole package of rates, etc. Not what I wanted. I felt that I was not listened to and although I was interested in the 2017 new Kia - would not buy it based on this negative experience. At other car dealers, I was given the prices I asked for and was in and out in much less thime than at Kia. So the bottom line was - although I did like the new Kia I went and bought another car where I felt that my requests were listened to.

I have been a customer of Performance Kia through 11 years and 3 vehicles. I have always been satisfied with all of my dealings with them. Bob and his entire service department go the mile for their customers.

The staff were very good(courteous and friendly) but when I picked up my vehicle I was not told they broke the TPMS when installing. I noticed the dashboard light on again. I called Bob Lance and he told me at that time what happened and he would speak to service about not mentioning it to me. It took almost 4 months to get the part the first time and when I was called that it was in, I knew I would be changing my winter tires in the next couple of weeks so they could install the TPMS at that time. I can't afford to be without my vehicle for the day.
