We just had a tub to shower completed. The transformation is amazing. Our 24 hours was up today and we both have had best shower in a long time. No fear of slipping getting in and out or in the shower. We are so very pleased! Staff were very efficient, professional and non stop. Great work ethic! Well worth cost. 😃

Horrible Experience

Absolute worse experience ever. The rep we dealt with was not helpful at all and then when we were directed to someone else they were just as bad. They were pretty quick and easy to take our deposit but when it came time to set up preauth payments that's when our hellish experience got worse. Needless to say , they have our deposit , they aren't getting another cent from us . Thanks for nothing Bathfitters.

The 5 stars are for Chadwick. We just had our bathtub installed by Chadwick Sparks very professional and and great attention to detail . He did a amazing job very happy. Bathfitters is lucky to have him. 1 star for Bathfitters Now Bathfitters very un professional they first didn't put us on the schedule to get installed when we called. Then canceled our installation dates twice. Did not offer us any discount waited way to long. Wouldn't recommend the company.

We are delighted with our new tub and surround! The bathroom shines! Our installer Chadwick did a fabulous job. He was meticulous, thorough and left the area spotless. We highly recommend both BathFitter (Dartmouth NS) and Chadwick as the installer.

We signed a contract and was told 14 to 16 weeks and now they added 2 more months to install time I phoned and asked for the sales rep to call me and got no response not a good start.

This is my second time using these folks and I have been totally happy both times. The first install was a new tub over my existing tub. One day and it was done. This time round it was removal of tub and a full shower install accessible for my mom. Took two days (half day each) and the result was lovely. Would recommend this company every time. Thank you to all involved.
