We are so happy and proud of our new bathroom design. From our first visit to the bath fitter showroom to having Mark spend the afternoon at our home. His knowledge and suggestions assisted us with the final design. Melissa kept us informed of the progress and provided the best installation dates. For two days during August 2023 , we had the good fortune to have Carl attend our home. He was respectful , kind and knowledgeable. Carl was careful removing our old bath tub , concerned for our health and safety. He was pleased that we took photos of the daily progress. He used a broom to sweep , then a vacuum and finally cleaned our entire bathroom floor and sink. Thank you to the entire Bath Fitter Team. Jane and Gary Smith

We had our insert installed about 4 years ago and noticed that the seal between the insert and the tub had let go because water was leaking into it. The so called lifetime warranty only applies to the acrylic and we would have been charged $250 to have someone come out to drain the water and reseal the tub (about a 35 min job), however they didn't know when they would have someone available to send out to us and would call us back when they had an availability. It's been 5 weeks and we still haven't heard back. We ended up contacting Beautiful Baths who sent someone out to fix the problem within a day. I will not be using Bath Fitters in the future.

Was a great experience from start to finish! Replaced our tub with a shower. Didn't know that Bath Fitters did that type of work until speaking with them at the Home Show. 2 day job and looks amazing! Andre cleaned up after himself, the work was fast, and the shower looks fantastic! Curtis, our estimator, was easy to talk to and was patient with our decision making. Highly recommend!

Just had our new installation at our home. Finished it in 2 days as stated, and it looks amazing. Being aged home from the 1940s slopes corners, including a window, we are very happy with the job. Our installer Chadwick was great, very professional, we are very happy with his work he's a real installer for this hard work. Advised us when he was shutting off the water and again when he turned it back on. Great Job Chadwick

My experience with Bathfitter was amazing and awesome, from the people I talked to on the phone and Mark coming over and getting to pick out my own design.

Chandler was excellent at his job. I couldn't believe the transformation. He was very courteous, respectful and kind. He made sure that all his mess was cleaned up. He even let me know how long the other bathtub had been in for. He gave me a recipe for keeping my new tub clean. My dog loved him as he gave him pats. I could not have asked fora better guy. I now listen to Ocean 100, his favorite station. Thanks Chandler.

Great service friendly installer, only issue so far was draining and it is covered under warranty. prices wasn’t insane and it looks great!
