Too expensive. Ridiculous really. Got same thing, actually better from Home Depot. Used their contractor and everything went smooth for about 40% less

I got my bathtub replaced , the work was done well , now the part that pisses me off . The work was financed , thought all was finished when I get a call a month later asking for the full amount. informed them they financed it , thought i would not here back , a couple weeks later get a call asking for a couple grand and that it was only partial financed . nope all was financed have to documents to prove, Well the stress of someone calling for money is just fuked and not appreciated , get your shit together

Our installer Chadwick, was efficient and provided good updates as he progressed through the job. He was thorough in clean up and the finished product is very appealing. Very happy with the purchase. I limited my review to four stars as the communication from the office was less than satisfactory. Told 14-16 weeks after our deposit was made for the project to be carried out. Numerous phone calls were made between week 15 and 29 to get updates but despite promises of call backs, I never received one. Finally got a confirmation a week and a half before an installer was sent. I would recommend Bath Fitter but don’t expect a quick job.

Just had our shower walls installed by Chadwick and Matt. These guys did an outstanding job, very professional. Both were great to deal with. I would highly recommend any installation from them to anyone.

Wow! What a transformation. Bath Fitter certainly lives up to their name. They completely turned my old 1960’s tub into a gorgeous modern sanctuary in 1 day. Yes 1 day… HUGE shoutout to Ryan and his team. Carl the installer did an amazing job, he was very friendly, experienced and professional. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you so much! I can’t wait for them to do my other bathroom.

I was recommended by a family member and am very happy with the end result. I had an old tub surround turned into a walk in shower. This met all my expectations. Thanks to Mark for the guidance and design. Thanks to Carl for an awesome installation and lastly a huge shout out to Ryan for overseeing that the project went smoothly. Great team work!

Had Bathfitters remodel our old tub to a beautiful walkin Shower. Chadwick was the installer and he was very good he was here for two days explained everything as it was installed ..his assistant Steve might have been learning a new trade but he was a great help to Chadwick and my husband and I. Work was done in the amount of time stated. They took my husband's disability in account when measuring for seats and hand bars. Shirley

Teryl was incredibly accommodating when I had a tap that couldn't wait another 2 weeks before just not shutting off completely. They came within 2 days of hearing my story to do the plumbing part, and returned yesterday to finish the tub. Nice acrobatics! Also, my sister and her husband have used Bathfitter 3 times and are totally happy with the work. They're in Manitoba.
