Excellent service and prompt response to issues

My first time buying over the internet and shipping a vehicle a very steep learning curve for myself and lots of anxiety about the process and being able to trust a seller most of the way across the country. Michal and his team were very helpful and responded quickly and courteously to my many questions and concerns as I learned the process of shipping a vehicle from Ottawa to Vancouver. In the end a great outcome. Excellent vehicle at a great price that was accurately represented both in conversation and on their website. Thanks guys

Terrible Service...a lesson in how not to treat customers

I was referred to Global by Don Fournier garage. Don referred me to Michel. I went and spoke to Michel. It seemed I was wasting his time as it was not a large dollar purchase! He showed me one vehicle. I called twice to speak to him, left voicemails. Asked him to call me. Never heard a word, not even out of courtesy. Considering I was referred by Don who does work for Global - Don’s words were: “They’ll treat you right”. Well, I don’t think this is being treated right. I will never deal with Global again!

Professional and reliable

We have been buying our cars from Global for the last 7 years. We feel like family when we are there and have always had a wonderful experience. After sales service is tremendous. Highly recommend them.

From the moment I walked onto the lot looking for a specific car I had seen on kijiji I was treated with respect. Michel (one of the owners) could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I was put at ease and treated with patience and kindness while asking my myriad of questions to make sure the car fit my specific needs. All my questions were answered honestly. Michel was true to his word, everything he said he would fix, he did without any hassle. He even found me some great winter tyres and put them on rims .... one less job for me to do (I live in Quebec), which I appreciated enormously. On the day I went to pick up the car the whole team at Global Autos were polite, friendly and efficient. I am so happy with my new car BMW 328xi. It is a such a pleasure to drive. I am very grateful to Michel and his team for making everything so painless. Now that I know a good place to buy a car I will not wait so long next time! I have already recommended Global Autos to one of my neighbours that wants to change her car and will not hesitate to continuing to recommend them. I only have positive things to say about my whole car buying experience from beginning to end.

With a busy life and growing family, my husband and I spent our first and only car shopping day at Global Auto - there simply was no need to go anywhere else. We were greeted with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff (our initial contact was with one of the owners, Tony). He made us feel like valued customers and kindly answered all of the questions we had about the various cars that we test drove. Tony provided very honest and direct answers when we were narrowing down our choices for what would be best for our growing family of five. He also assured us that the car would be up to our standards in terms of detailing, paint touch up and windshield fixing if we decided to purchase it. Once we confirmed our purchase with Tony, we met with his brother Michel to finalize the deal. Michel was very professional, accommodating and patient as we went through all of the final steps to take home our new car. We arrived at Global Auto with a 2001 CRV and we left with a 2015 BMW X3, needless to say, it was a bit of an improvement!!! We would highly recommend Global Auto to anyone who is in the market for a new ride!

Global Did Not Disappoint

I am very pleased with both the car my wife and I purchased and the after sale service we received from Global Auto Sales. I think the best judge of a dealer is not solely during the sale process and transaction (which by the way, was relaxed and no pressure with Joe ), but how you are treated with the unforeseen situations periodically encountered after you pick up your vehicle and leave the lot. When an issue arose about a week after our purchase, we notified Global and without hesitation, they arranged for us to bring the car in to get the problem resolved. They went so far as to have the manufacturer’s dealer diagnose the problem in order to be able to order the necessary parts and complete the repair. From my experience with this first purchase at Global, I would not hesitate to return when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle. Many thanks to Tony and Michel for ensuring that we were well taken care of after the sale was complete. I waited purposely to submit a review and am glad I did as these after sale situations can make a huge difference as to whether you have a great or a disappointing overall buying experience. We were not disappointed!.
