My wife and I have been buying cars from Michel and Tony for over 10 years (4 cars). The import car market is often overpriced in Ottawa. But their prices are always very fair and customer service is fantastic and friendly. The staff is always ready and willing to help with their honest approach. Financing has always been simple and effortless. I highly recommend this car shopping experience to everyone. If I could give 6 stars, I would. -Luis

Honesty and Respect

If you look hard enough, there are still those businesses that promote honesty and respect. This is the third car purchase I have been involved in within the last 12 months - all of them with Global. All employees promote a positive attitude. I dealt with Michel - never met anyone better in ANY business. As long as your approach is with a similar mutual respect, and you realize that Global needs to make some type of profit - as well as you need to save some money - you cannot go wrong.

Amazing Service and Considerate Approach

My wife and I would like to greatly thank Michel and Tony on the purchase of our 2015 Mercedes GLA250. We lost our previous vehicle to a fire and had to purchase quickly. They were patient and quickly fitted us into a vehicle that was a perfect match and a very fair price. We live 120km away and it is well worth the trip for the great service.
