Excellent Sales and Service

We just purchased a newer vehicle for my spouse and Michel and his whole team, could not do enough to make sure we were satisfied overall. They ensured everything related to the closing went as smoothly as possible. I cannot recommend enough this dealer and will certainly consider them for any future car purchase.

Michel, the owner, has helped me out of car financing troubles that I thought I could never escape from! He provided excellent customer service from the second I walked in and genuine advice on what to do next. His team is just as great! I walked in on a Thursday, and my vehicle was ready to go on Monday, which was Christmas Eve. If you are looking for transparency, quality, and efficiency, Global Sales is the place to go. A1 service from start to finish

I don't normally write reviews but I feel a need to contribute my experience to the world; (gonna be a long read but if you're serious about reviews this is my experience and may be the push in the right direction you need to find that right dealership) I wasn't in the biggest rush to purchase a vehicle as I already had a fully capable one at the time, but as I was checking their clean well laid out lot I noticed a like new looking BMW X1 and went to inspect further. While doing so I was approached by Mirik (a salesman from global) nice friendly well knowledged guy who i befriended almost instantly.. he threw me the keys and off I went on a NO pressure test drive (I find that when the salesman goes with they just throw facts about the car and won't shut up and you can't enjoy the ride and feel of the vehicle) i came back with some issues to which he responded(paraphrase)-"anything you feel might be worry some we will fix prior to pickup" I thought great it's a used car so there is some wear and tear but they will bring it up to like new condition before key in hand. We worked out some numbers that were in the range to what I was looking for with little to no real negotiation which was nice(they're well priced on the lot) so went to the next step which is the sign and seal. That's with Michell(one of the owners) we get talking as if we've known each other for years.... so ontop of the all ready great price I got and was signing for, he through in winter tires(on OEM rims!) Free of charge! Because he wants his customers to be safe while enjoying his vehicles! Comes day of pick up. The minor adjustments to the car are all taken care of PLUS as they were doing the final inspection on the BMW they noticed the breaks we're on their last legs and swapped them out for BRAND NEW( calipers, roaters, pads) all New! With the summer tires and rims in the car and the winter tires now installed. I shook their hands and the hand of their shop Forman Tony (also part owner) for noticing and going the extra mile with the X1 (which I didn't pay an arm and a leg for) I will and would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I was skeptical at first (because a used dealer) but they put meme ease from start to finish and I now have a beautiful BMW X1 that I get compliments on.. I will be going back! Thanks again for the amazing service guys! A1

Dedicated, Fast and Friendly

We purchased our first car with Mirek. It was a great experience from our first visit to driving our new car off the lot. Mirek was able to guide us through the entire process with all of the necessary information. We are completely satisfied with the level of service at Global Auto Sales. Just purchased a 2016 S5 Audi from Global. Mirek helped me with the purchase. I came in from out of town and had a tight agenda. The purchase was no nonsense, the car was presented perfectly and the sales process was fair and efficient. Well done! They have excellent inventory and very knowledgable of all brands!

We have bought five vehicles from Global and it has always been a very pleasant buying experience. Customer service and after purchase servicing is excellent. You know you are buying from an honest and trustworthy dealer. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire staff is friendly and makes us feel like family.

Happy customer here indeed! I am a repeat customer and very recently purchased my second vehicle from Global. It's an impressive business from the selection of performance vehicles to the personal and sensible approach to sales. They appear to treat their clients/prospective clients how they would like to be treated and that goes a long way. They look for a win-win and clearly value repeat business.
