We had a good experience when we bought the car and are very happy with it. We get service reminders n a regular basis and appointments can always be made to suit our schedule. Shuttle service has always been prompt and courteous.

Screws weren't replaced in my bumper. I've called several times to have the issue resolved. Issue was never resolved and I've moved on.

Recall service work and belt replacement was done quickly and well.

Happy with new inside door handles - no more having to file down the rough edges to avoid cuts or slivers. Yaah!! There was one other recall service piece that was done and they also replaced a belt. We drove to Canmore and back with no issues.

Tony Dang - Sales Prof

Tony's experience and knowledge on not only the SantaFe but also how to deal with a customer was second to none. I enjoyed the "not in your face, not pushy" type of approach. Any emails I sent to Tony, and I sent a few he was always quick to respond and answered my questions. Gave me advise when need or another approach which I feel was always in my best interest. I have mentioned to a few of my friends the positive experience that I've had with this dealership, whether it be Amanda, Al or Tony.
