Love our Santa Fe XL. Purchased our used Santa Fe XL from Mike VdM, who was a fantastic, friendly salesman. In the follow up months, when we had a few concerns, both Mike and Allan (used manager) did a great job taking care of us and our vehicle. It has been very apparent that our complete satisfaction has been a priority, as they went beyond my expectations.

i took my 2004 Sante Fe to some work. I asked for and was quoted 199.oo dollars, plus tax to change the transmission oil and filter. It has a 2.7L V6. This seemed ridiculous to me especially since the Great Canadian Oil Change advertises tranny flush for 69 -79 dollars. Yes it is the same thing. I questioned the quote, which i still have, and it states oil and filter. I knew that was impossible to do at the dealership in 60 mins (thats how long it would take they told me. I knew the tranny oil filter is in the sealed tranny unit and does not get changed unless they take the tranny apart and that wouldn't happen would it? So I would be charged and led to believe a filter was changed? so beware and question your quote fellow consumers. I decided to do it myself and went back the next day and bought oil and was told by the parts dept. that my vehicle did not have a drain bolt and needed to take the skid plate off and pry off the front of the tranny and let the oil run out thru that, apply paste gasket sealant before adding new oil. Huh? No, im not making this up. So I looked this up and the skid plate has maybe 8 bolts and the drain bolt is on the right hand side near the front. Undo it, let it drain, close it and put in the same amount of fresh. And apparently to do a reverse high pressure flush weakens and stretches the filter and is unnecessary. Anybody can do it. Oh originally I was there for a timing belt change. It was done and on time as promised but when I asked for the old one they looked at me like no one has ever asked for their old parts before. Don.t people do tht anymore?

The experience was awesome. My family recently bought a Santa Fe from Tony Dang, we were so happy with the service we received. Tony was really patient and knowledgeable, we felt no pressure, and was so helpful in showing us a variety of different models. Thank-you!! We love our new vehicle!! Definitely recommend going to see Tony!

I have a question....you guys recently sent me a letter disguised as a printed email expressing your desperate need to purchase my 2010 Santa Fe and that I would receive preferential trade-in price and a good price on a new vehicle. I called and got a hold of Pat and gave him all the details and he said he would get back to me "tomorrow or the next day" Well, that was a week ago. I haven't heard back. Can I assume that you aren't quite as desperate for my vehicle as your letter implied? I would have at least appreciated the courtesy of a phone call. Very disappointed

Also, I was in about 2 months ago to get a new rear wiper blade for my Santa Fe. I stood in your lobby area for about 15 minutes when your receptionist asked me if the parts guy knew I was waiting for him. I said that I assumed so since I was standing right in front of him while he was serving someone else. She went into the back and informed him for me. I sat and watched him fart around in the back for another 10 minutes (by the way, he was not helping anyone at this point as I was the only customer there) and I left.

Loyalty pays. Bought my car there, brought it there for virtually every service, and never had an issue with Ron and the service department. They always informed me of thing that had to be fixed and things that could be left to save me money. Even when the car was out of warranty Ron would do what he could to keep my costs down. Also the shuttle service is awesome. They would provide two different shuttle for my wife and I and picked us up on time every time. Thanks Murray Hyundai!!
