Danielle was very kind, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable on all the Honda products. She makes an excellent sales rep, not pushy and did her research on compatibles. Extremely well organized! Wonderful experience doing business with Danielle and will unhesitatingly refer anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to her.

My husband called Brantford Honda to inquire about the Honda Fits, the differences and what models were available. Danielle emailed My husband with full details, pictures,etc and very promptly. She was patient while we visited our local Honda. Danielle was eager to answer any and all questions we had. She arranged that night for us to look at a specific Honda Fit we had our eye on after going over the details she had sent us. Danielle arranged a payment option best suited to our needs so we could start the process of buying our vehicle that night. Danielle was very pleasant, kind, informative, knowlegable, enthusiastic and eager. Clearly Danielle is experienced and very professional in her sales. We will gladly return to her in the future, when purchasing another vehicle.

I was greeted right away by Adam who was professional, friendly and informative. He answered my questions thoroughly and was so helpful. The service work was completed on time and I left feeling very confident about the work done and the performance of my vehicle.

Dale was able to squeeze me in on a busy day for a damage estimate. He was able to get the parts ordered quickly, and also got my car in for a service and tire plug at the same time as getting the repairs done. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, but Brantford Honda.

Thank you, Scott, Kelli and Kristen for such great service. I couldn't be happier with my new Ridgeline! I appreciated the time you spent, Scott, showing me around the dealership and also the thorough explanation of not only how things operate at Brantford Honda, but how things operate with my new Ridgeline. The only thing I felt uncomfortable with was the attempt to receive my 10% discount. It seemed convoluted and made me uneasy although I was told that the discount I was offered would actually be higher at 12%, which was truthful. I had noticed a micro expression the previous service rep during my last service. After receiving a quote for the work, I mentioned to them that I had a discount card I had forgotten to use, which made her momentarily uncomfortable. This time I noticed each computer had a big sign in place to make sure we mentioned the card BEFORE hand. Which simply made me suspicious that my quote would simply 10% higher so that it would appear to be a discount but was really just a marketing ploy.
