Danielle was excellent from the beginning till when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Shopping at Brantford Honda was not like that in other cities. Danielle went out of her way to please us. 'We gave her a standing ovation'. Jack and Theresa vd L

Danielle was the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was very indecisive and unsure of what I wanted going in and she helped me through the whole process without being pushy or just trying to get a sale. She was able to help me get what I wanted and more and made me want to buy the vehicle. I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from her regardless of whom she worked for.

i would recommend brantford honda to anyone. actually i have, both my parents and good friends and neighbours have purchased vehicles from Daniel, she is committed and willing to do what it takes to make her clients happy. I purchased a beautiful accord from daniel and lost it a little over a year later in an accident.Once the smoke settled i was on the phone with this fabulous young lady and she found me an even nicer version of what i lost. Daniel is worth her weight in gold !!!

My experience was excellent at the time of the purchase of my used car. Everyone is exceptional in ensuring the customer is satisfied. I feel the used car sales team could improve in knowing more about the little things/issues with the vehicles they are selling. A customer going for a 'test drive' is not enough to evaluate everything about the car before committing a purchase. I had a few un-pleasant surprises after I had taken ownership.

This was a very excellent car buying experience.The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and could answer any questions I had , which made the process of vehicle selection much easier.The speed at which they processed my application and got me into a new vehicle was incredible.The experience was hassel free with no pressure tactics.I Would recommend buying a car there to anyone

I asked Danielle for some prices on some vehicles I was interested in through emails. I work a lot and couldn't make it down there to see her in person till I knew what I wanted and could afford. She worked around my schedule to really help me with my choice.

I recently bought a Toyota Rav 4 from Danielle. During the process, she was very friendly n knowledgeable about the vehicles that were for sale. I came back 2 or 3 times before I made my choice. She was always friendly and never pushy as I was trying to make a decision. Once I made my decision she went through a few options to get with my purchase. She also was able to get me a loaner car until I could use until I could get my new vehicle because she knew my vehicle I was driving I didn't feel safe in. I was very appreciative of this.
