Danielle Elder is kind,friendly,accommodating young woman.She is very professional with her job.She made everything smooth and easy for me to decide to purchase my car.She wasn't pushy about anything.The attitude she showed to me made me trust her and the Brantford Dealership. I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Danielle Elder at Brantford Honda! She had everything ready for me when I arrived and told me about the car's history. She also showed me the paperwork from the inspection that was performed by the mechanics and the work that was done on the car, all before I even took it for a test drive. She took the time to go over the features of the vehicle, which no other Honda dealership had done. You can tell that this dealership really values great customer service.

This dealership provides a painless wait in a comfortable area with a coffee and free WI-fi or a shuttle to wherever. Trevor handled the appointment this time around and was very helpful.

Danielle went above and beyond to meet our needs. From start to finish she listened to our wants and needs which led us to our 2 years new Pathfinder. She, along with her team, made this tedious process a very enjoyable one. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile to ensure everything is in order to make you feel comfortable with your purchase. Any questions or concerns we had she made sure to answer for us. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle!
