I recently moved to Brantford and was at the dealer for the first, the experience was pretty good and looking forward to come back again.

It seems like every time I go in for a regular service, there is more that has to be done than I would like. Trevor at Honda is always sympathetic and tells me what has to be done and what can be pushed off. I appreciate that. He is so honest that I usually get everything done while I am there. I expect efficient and reliable service at Brantford Honda, and that is what I get. Never in my years of owning cars (of other makes) could I count on such great service.

Trevor was very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable of his product.. He was respectful of what I had come in for, stated the facts and what needed to be completed on my car. Explained what could be done and then gave me the option as to having the work completed now or maybe later.

Someone rear ended my 3 day old accord ExL, scuffing the bumper. I brought it in the next day (Monday) and had an appointment to do the repairs the following day (Tuesday). I dropped my vehicle off in the morning, was given a ride to work and returned in the afternoon. The repairs were done and the vehicle looked perfect! Excellent service. Was offered a ride back to dealership to pick car up but didn't require it.

This was my first time to Brantford Honda and Trevor helped the experience to go smoothly. I appreciated the timeliness of the work and the shuttle transportation as well.

I was disappointed when I showed up for my appointment only to be told the service advisor (Adam) who had originally booked my appointment told me the wrong day. I had booked Thursday and he marked Friday in Honda's schedule. Also, this was my first oil change for my 2015 Honda CRV that I purchased at this dealership. When Adam booked my appointment he failed to go over an of the specifics of what my CRV needed and the fact that it required synthetic oil. Luckily Dale greeted me and was able to fit my car in for Thursday and when it was time to pay my bill Dale was nice enough to explain to me what the service included. My service with Dale was good, and will go to him in the future. However Adam was very vague and made a mistake and I wouldn't feel comfortable having him as an advisor in the future.

A routine oil change was performed as promised . In addition I was informed of a potential issue with a steering linkage. I left believeing that Honda does more than expected to ensure customer satisfaction.

Helpful and quick to help, great job!. I am used to taking it a place where it is one on one shuttle and didn't factor into my day how much longer your shuttle service takes so that frustration is on me
