My car's alternator went dead, Trevor immediately informed me about the situation, time required to repair, and asked if I needed a ride to my next location. As noted above, Trevor puts clients first.

Went here because I needed an alignment, had a friend who worked here and wanted to support local. Worst mistake ever... very expensive and three days later I drove it and it was not aligned!?!?! The guy at the service counter was 105% certain I had hit a curb and knocked it out again, but in my 6 years driving I have only hit 2-3 curbs and they were all on the backend (0 happened in this 3 day window). To say the least they screwed me out of about 100 bucks, give or take... and I actually had to go pay a small shop $80 and they made it right. So as for you guys go ahead and stand behind your work, but at the end of the day a vehicle shouldn't have alignment issues after sitting still for 3 days!! Keep my money, my business and friends business will go anywhere else.

I purchased my Odyssey from this location i noticed excellent sales people with excellent experience. People are in Brantford Honda very respectfull and i will continue to come this location to service my Odyssey and Accord and I recommend to everyone. Thanks to everyone one in Brantford Honda special thanks to Danielle Elder in sales department, she has a excellent personality and customers service experience.
