My 2014 Silverado truck was in the shop for the OnStar upgrade to 4G. Once Nurse received the required parts and contacted me the install was very fast.

Everything with Nurse was fine. The problem we had was with On-Star because we aren't computer and tech savvy and we don't even know what to do now. We called On-Star as the sheet said and the girl couldn't even tell us what to do, so nothing is done except after we asked she finally gave us our new phone number.

Great service , if only one strike is my equinox was not washed, but overall I was explained the potential solution for the radio problem, keep up the good work

Jackie greeted us when we brought the car in at the appointed time. She indicated that the work would take approximately 5 hours to complete and she would let us know when it was completed and we could pick up the car. She called mid-afternoon as promised. I don't yet know whether the new On Star hardware functions as it should as the service isn't activated until October 13th.
