For a first time buyer I had a great experience with Jackson’s Toyota staff. Andrea is so friendly on the phone when I talked to her and booked my appointment. Lee is so knowledgeable and patiently answer all of my question. He was there helping me throughout until I picked up my new vehicle. Melissa is amazing as well. She helped me on the finance side. She explained everything thoroughly and she happily answers all the questions. Everybody is great and friendly.

When booking my service check, I was given all the necessary reminders: not only where to go, but how to get there, what to where (masks), and despite the lack of car service due to covid, the provision of an Uber to accommodate travel rather than a wait. Toyota personalizes a routine visit with a welcoming attendant, comfortable and super clean waiting area, and prompt attention so much so that I left earlier than expected.

Although I had to book in advance for my appointment (due to limited office hours), the oil change service was great and my vehicle even came out shiny (with the included car wash). Thank you!
