Long day but necessary

Although I was just in for a maintenance service a few things were found that needed to be repaired because the courtesy shuttle was not running this required me to be at the dealership for much of the day which is not the most exciting thing to do

I haf an appointment for an oil change at 07h45, I did put my keys in an envelope but someone told me to put her keys in the front entrance drop box (electronic one). I was in the waiting room an at 0945 I ask someone if my car was ready and it wasn't and my keys were still in the drop box. They start my car asap after that but I left at 1130...kind of disappointing.

Up until yesterday I was one of those people that was very uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle. I've always been annoyed by tactics used by high pressured sales reps., (especially the ones that patronize women buying vehicles)!! Let's just say, purchasing a vehicle is/was never something I looked forward to! Upon arriving at Jackson's Toyota, I was immediately welcomed by Justin. The feel of the place put me at ease within minutes. All employees were polite and courteous to customers and, (just as importantly)...to each other. I told Justin what I was interested in and we came to a price I was very comfortable with. From there I met with Danielle who reviewed the extended warranty options with me. This is usually the part that annoys me most but not this time! Her very low key approach was so appreciated!! We settled on one that I feel was reasonable and justified. I am now anxiously waiting to receive my 2021 Rav4, which should arrive within the next couple days! The sales experience was an absolute pleasure! From here on, Jackson's Toyota will be my go to car dealership and I would gladly and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Kudos to you Jackson's Toyota for presenting such a united front!
