Up until yesterday I was one of those people that was very uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle. I've always been annoyed by tactics used by high pressured sales reps., (especially the ones that patronize women buying vehicles)!! Let's just say, purchasing a vehicle is/was never something I looked forward to! Upon arriving at Jackson's Toyota, I was immediately welcomed by Justin. The feel of the place put me at ease within minutes. All employees were polite and courteous to customers and, (just as importantly)...to each other. I told Justin what I was interested in and we came to a price I was very comfortable with. From there I met with Danielle who reviewed the extended warranty options with me. This is usually the part that annoys me most but not this time! Her very low key approach was so appreciated!! We settled on one that I feel was reasonable and justified. I am now anxiously waiting to receive my 2021 Rav4, which should arrive within the next couple days! The sales experience was an absolute pleasure! From here on, Jackson's Toyota will be my go to car dealership and I would gladly and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Kudos to you Jackson's Toyota for presenting such a united front!

Took truck in to have tonnaue cover looked at for warrantee repair. It has been a week (7-days) and have not heard back from the service as to when it can be repaired.
