Jacksons provided a safe environment to process my service. Nelson did great in getting my alignment done the same day so I wouldn't have to come back.

Tire change for winter. Good price and I was so excited to have a coupon for tire storage which saved me money. Reasonable charge for the tires and service I got. I am happy

Dead battery under warranty required replacement

Reviewed with dealer the dead battery and the product was not salvageable. As it was under warranty, the dealer replaced and all in the work was completed in an hour.

I had an appointment for 9:30am for a routine check and tire swap My car wasn’t ready by 5 not sure what would take so long but other than that all was fine Other dealerships offer a discount to seniors so I was disappointed that Toyota does not!

Very good people. Attentive and friendly. Be prepared to wait a time for your car to be done. Appointment times are a very rough guess. Always takes a lot longer time than you might expect. But folks keep you informed and do a nice job. Their covid kiosks work very well and I can even see them being used post covid.
