Jackson’s Toyota was a breath of fresh air when shopping for a new vehicle. Was greated by a friendly sales associate from the time I walked in. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle

Winter Tires Install

I had my winter tires installed. Purchased tire sensors, had to have tires remounted to wheels, balanced, aligned & when driving home In the highway my steering wheel vibrated so much that my whole body was shaking. If I let go if steering wheel the truck would veer, not lean, veer to the right. Called to get this sorted out. Received one returned call & now crickets. Will not return.

The service portion was ok. But what I didn’t like is the way you have the drop off. To have to fill out that form and drop off your keys is confusing. One sign says to go inside, so I go inside only to be told to go back outside. I was offered a car wash which didn’t happen!!! I understand that Covid is the reason for some of this but I think it could be better organized. Why can’t you have customers see the receptionist or the service desk and drop off the keys there. People know to wear masks and you have plexi glass to protect your employees During the winter I brought my vehicle to a Toyota dealership in Brampton and that’s the way they did it. A much better experience. And they washed my car without asking. I enjoy coming up to Barrie because I visit family and friends while I’m there. I hope you can consider a change. Thank you

Malcolm was very helpful snd very knowledgeable. He was respectful of my thoughts and gave helpful suggestions. Malcolm also took care of a couple of other details. Really appreciate his help. The car wash after the appointment was s little disappointing, and then when the Tundra was parked in the row it was very a little difficult to get into the cab. Otherwise appt was good
