Went to Murry Hyundai yesterday for a test drive and hate to say this, but it was not a pleasant experience meeting with Craig. After we inquired whether the optional packages could be removed from the final price, his attitude changed. It became even worse when we told him we needed some time to think and were not preparing to make the order at the same day. He appeared indifferent and intended to wrap up the conversation quickly. He was reluctant to provide us with a printed copy of quote without optional services in excuse of the inventory and supply shortages, even though we clarified we didn’t care the long wait process to put a factory order. Car purchasing in itself is a negotiation process between two parties, whereas our experience with your salesman didn’t seem to be so. Or is it because the venue preferred we intended to order was not an expensive and luxurious car? I don’t know. Anyway, already contacted another dealer in town who’s open to remove the optional services from the price. Sorry, Murray Hyundai, you lose a potential customer.

I own a Palisade, and I'm amazed how kind the staff are whenever I go for service. In particular, Faran at the service front is an employee who is so active and kind that I feel like I am receiving service level at Hyundai in Korea. In addition, the speed my questions and problems about my car are immediately inquired to the technician right in front of me and dealt with right on the spot is also impressive. I think it will always pleasant to go to get service here as long as Faran is there.I want to give 11/10 points for my satisfaction. GOOD

My purchase of a vehicle was flawless and Craig was an excellent sales person who was very professional and knowledgeable on the product he sold. His sales habits were very good and there was no hard sell or information given that was not true. A true professional with an excellent personality. Recommend him any time.

very bad services I had hyundai sonata 2017 which shows engine lights on april and i went to murray hyundai and again same problem raise in august 2023 in same year and after a week of repair in august again same problem when i call to murray hyundai they said again bring to repair means i have to pay for again. very Poor mechanic service Good Customer service. Not recommending

We are disappointed to hear that you weren't satisfied with your recent correspondence with us. We see that when you were in for repairs back in August that we waived your diagnostic fee and you only had to pay for the repair because your vehicle is no longer under warranty, unfortunately. As for having to pay again to address the issue your experiencing now, we would first need to determine if it is in fact the same issue before knowing for sure, if you would need to pay for the repair again.
