I have had challenges with other service advisors at Murray Hyundai service before. I called Service Advisor Faran on his number from the website, he answered my phone on the second ring. He helped me book my recall appointment, he also performed a complimentary inspection and a free car wash while the vehicle was in. Faran thoroughly explained me the work involved during the recall, went through the walk around sheet, kept me informed about the work in progress and called me when the work was completed. He is highly knowledgeable about the brand and I recommend asking for him to look after your vehicle. Faran is the go to for any of your vehicle service needs. He is polite, calm and helpful.

Went in to Murray Hyundai looking to purchase a palisade for the family, met with Craig, he was extremely disrespectful, gave us that feeling that we couldn’t afford to purchase a vehicle , gave us minimal information and had no interest whatsoever to go into further detail about the vehicle, purchased many vehicles over the years from Murray Hyundai and Murray Chevrolet and I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received today and I was ready to purchase, it completely drew me away from wanting to buy from there, some people shouldn’t be car salesmen. Very disappointed.

My first car service and it was such a smooth and easy process.Starting from getting the appointment over the phone to driving the car back after the service.Special appreciation for Faran at the service drive thru desk. Since it is my first service,he explained to me exactly what will be done and how to regularly get the service done as per the kms or time period.I was out of there in roughly 40 mins on a saturday after enjoying a nice hot chocolate in the waiting lounge.The lady at the billing desk was also very polite and friendly.I understand service department is a very hectic and busy job,but hats off to faran for his smile and professional attitude.I will be back in a few months.Take care everyone!
