2 upgrades, at same time. Helpful staff, given all options, given papers to sign, efficient, kind people, accurate time given, good experience, my old Tucson shone like a diamond after 2 hours

I was in the market for a new SUV as my current SUV was giving me a lot of headaches. I have liked the two SUV's that Genesis had come out with, the GV70 and GV80. The GV70 was in the price range of what I was willing to spend. I contacted Murray Hyundai in Winnipeg as Genesis and Hyundai share the facility. When I phoned the dealership, I was put in touch with Ilya Vaslavskiy, their Genesis Experience Manager. At the time, I was more looking at the G70 (sedan) I explained to Ilya the vehicles I was interested in and we arranged a time for me to test drive them. When I entered the dealership, I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous young lady, Shiloh who went to go get Ilya for me. Murray Genesis had their thinking caps on when they hired Shiloh as she is a very welcoming and excellent first contact for the dealership. I test drove the G70 3.3T Sport, G80 3.5T Sport and the GV702.5T Prestige. Talk about hard decisions! All 3 are excellent vehicles in their own right! When Ilya was looking into what I could get for my trade in, I wanted to speak with their service manager, Josh Doria. Katie, another very friendly and exemplary receptionist got Josh in a heartbeat. Josh explained all of the service calls are paid for in the first 5 years, along with the valet service which they will pick up and drop off your vehicle if you are within 36 km of their dealership. (BMW, Mercedes, and Audi should take note of this) I test drove some other vehicles that day, Cadillac CT5, and CT5V, Audi A4, S4, which I wasn't all that impressed with after driving the Genesis vehicles. A couple of days went by and I asked Ilya if I could test drive those 3 vehicles one more time, but add the GV70 3.5T Sport Plus as well. No problem at all he said. This is a big financial decision as I was bringing a significant amount of negative equity with the trade in. The decision again was very difficult, but the GV70 3.5T Sport Plus stood out as the lone winner! If it was just me going to be in the car, I would have went with the G70, but my wife has a hard time now getting in and out of sedans. Ilya, worked out a great price for my vehicle. I met with Jamie MacDougall, one of their finance and lease specialist, who also is a great guy, and offered me an incredible deal on the 2022 G80, but I was not looking at financing at this time. Even the General Manager Richard Eccleston took time out of his busy schedule to talk to me about Scottish stuff and welcoming me to the Murray and Genesis brand! I had absolutely no buyers remorse, Ilya even gave me a nice card just before I drove off and contacted me the next day via text as to how I was liking my GV70 so far. I love it, as does my wife! Thanks again Ilya, Josh, Jamie, Richard, Shiloh and Katie!
