Terrible experience for the service department. They’re lack of knowledge of their product and unprofessional. My vehicle’s back camera doesn’t work. I took it to the service department for 3 times. The 1st time, they made a wrong decision. After, the problem still cannot fix it. They told me need to wait for a similar vehicle with the same unit to confirm the dead unit is actually faulty. When I follow up with them, they suggest I could take my vehicle to another company (Canadian Tire) to fix it. After that, I sent an email to the Customer Service Manager, Jeff to follow up with my case. A week has passed, I don’t receive any reply from Jeff. This is my worst dealership experience.

Service advisor kept telling me to take my vehicle somewhere else once I showed up for my appointment, despite being told by the financial manager to bring it here for warranty work (to get outsourced) upon purchasing my vehicle Once it was finally taken back, it took over three hours to replace a drain plug. I had to return immediately after leaving the lot because my vehicle was not properly reassembled I will definitely not be bringing my vehicle back under any circumstances seeing as I could have fixed this myself without wasting my entire day I would not recommend getting any type of service done here, as they are extremely negligent when it comes to reassembling vehicles. There’s no way it would have been missed if my vehicle was inspected upon exiting the shop Edit- on my way home my oil light came one again. So now I’m not even certain anything was done. Unbelievable

Very happy with the service we received at Murray Hyundai! Tony & Jocelyn were great to deal with and looked after all the questions we had. Tony did a great job of getting our new vehicle set up for us to make pick up really smooth. Would definitely recommend them and look forward to dealing with them again with our next vehicle!

Called them 5 times and got transfered tp service departmen and been in queue for over an hour, i guess they don't like to stay in business or hyundai been making really really bad cars so people are calling like crazy for getting their cars fixed. The only thing they say nicely is "thanks for calling and have a great day.
