Went in today to find out some information and pricing on Kona Electric and dealt with Salesman Artem Budyuk. When the discussion on pricing started, he told me the price of vehicle was $53,800 plus taxes whereas the price for the exact same vehicle/trim on Hyundai Canada's official website was $49,064 plus taxes. I asked Mr. Budyuk if he is including any optional packages and he said there is $3800 dealership package. I said that I do not want anything extra. All I want to pay for is MSRP + Destination fee + Taxes. His response was both hilarious and annoying. He said that you cannot have the vehicle without our dealership package. Ask a hard working honest person in this country how $3800 is made. And, this dealership basically wants to steal my hard earned money with forced upon package. These people think that they are very clever and smart and try to rip off unprepared and innocent people. I did not buy a vehicle from Artem and basically walked away. How could one trust someone like Artem if they are not transparent? Any potential Murray Hyundai buyers, please do your homework before coming in and always ask for a price breakdown in writing. If they refuse, walk away and deal with someone else who is honest and transparent. I noticed same behavior from Focus Hyundai on Lagimodiere. I made the right decision and walked away. I will go to another province and buy a vehicle from a honest person if I have to. But I will never deal with someone who is shady with no work ethics. Best of luck to potential Murray Hyundai buyers.

I own a Hyundai. My first time at this repair shop. Saw so many five-star reviews. But the real experience is terrible, no one cares about you or even let you drive to the service center. I was asked to pay $155 to proceed with further repairs. I don't want to experience insulting service again

Service at Murray Hyundai was very professional, relaxed and low pressure. Our salesperson Amun was top notch - courteous knowledgeable and professional. We found him to be a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a new or used car- he will be honest and is the kind of salesperson that has your back - not just during the transaction but afterward. Our financial and warranty expert Scott was also superb. He was friendly engaged and knowledgeable, and very clear on letting you know the facts and options available. All things considered Murray Hyundai made this experience of buying a used car enjoyable and stress free. Highly recommended.
