Above and beyond amazing customer service! Where able to help me when my engine broke down by getting a new one in and installed quickly! Can't thank them enough for helping me out! Shout out to Faran for taking great care of me and my vehicle!!

We just bought a Genesis GV70 from Murray Hyundai. Our salesperson Craig Ouendag was friendly, knowledgeable and great to deal with. We appreciated how he took time to familiarize us with all the features in the vehicle and answered any questions we had. Our experience at Murray Hyundai was very positive.

I previously approached the service department to get an estimate on the repair of the front passenger door in 2022. I was given a very unsatisfactory reply. Needless to say, I was very disappointed, to the point of not returning to purchase our next car! When the second door suffered the same fate, it was obvious that there was a problem due to manufacturing. I came back to the dealer in desperation, not expecting anything, but to my surprise, Denzen reviewed my problem and set out a course of action! I was expecting to make a payment after the problem was assessed, but I was told that Hyundai would cover the repairs! I commend Denzen for taking the time to evaluate and explain the situation and to make sure that the problem was resolved! Kudos! We will return to purchase our new car in the near future! A job well done, Denzen, and thanks to Hyundai for the above board customer service and support! Gershon Hotz, second time Elantra owner, second time customer!

I have had challenges with other service advisors at Murray Hyundai service before. I called Service Advisor Faran on his number from the website, he answered my phone on the second ring. He helped me book my recall appointment, he also performed a complimentary inspection and a free car wash while the vehicle was in. Faran thoroughly explained me the work involved during the recall, went through the walk around sheet, kept me informed about the work in progress and called me when the work was completed. He is highly knowledgeable about the brand and I recommend asking for him to look after your vehicle. Faran is the go to for any of your vehicle service needs. He is polite, calm and helpful.
