Great service and great staff was ruined because they forgot to mention my tire pressure sensor light will be on all winter after they installed my snow tires. Light came on and warning flashed upon restating vehicle. Called 1800 help line and they offered to tow it? I left a voice mail at Oxford dodge instead. Arrived at service at 8 am and was told by ? in not a nice way tire indicator would be on all winter - no apology for my trouble. Messed up my day Thanks

My service experience was A1 from start to finish. My service advisor was extremely helpful and he determined that I was able to have other services done that I hadn't planned on for that appointment. Saved me a trip back in the future and gave me a good understanding of where I stood as far as future services needed. Thanks, Ian.

The Dealership as a whole projects an air of friendliness, courtesy and professionalism. I dealt with two people in the service Dept., the Service Mgr., and two Shuddle drivers. All of them were wonderful. The customer is definitely number one at this dealership.

I arrived at 10am, my appointment time, told it should take 3.5hrs. went back at 2:45 and waited until 4:25 for the car A total of .6.5 hrs!

We have been regular customers with Oxford Dodge for 7 years now and put a lot of trust into them for our purchases. Recently we purchased a new 2014 Grand Caravan a few weeks ago from Chris Battaglia. He was very nice, gave us a lot of information on the van and so we eventually worked out a deal. We were very satisfied with the service.... that is until we found out a lie. Supposedly Mr. Battaglia made it very clear when we bought the van that it had Navigation/ GPS system included. I even asked him about updates and if it had USA streets as well since we do some travelling there from time to time, and he told me it has lifetime updates on the system and that it gets international as well. Well this week I really needed to use the Navigation system but could not find it on the screen. So the next day I took it back into Oxford Dodge service to have it looked at, as I was so certain we had the Navigation system. Well, surprise turns out they tell us that it doesn't. So I tried contacting Mr. Battaglia about this and he has yet to get back at me. We are very disappointed in that Mr. Battaglia would lie to us this way in order to sell us the van and that he still has not contacted us. Before all this I would have gave him 5 stars for the service, but clearly he made a big mistake. We are beginning to feel like we should go elsewhere for future purchases as there is a lack of trust now.

Zeferino and Rebecca, I have been in contact with you regarding the apparent miscommunication, and clearly remember talking about the navigation as well as other options with you, as per my notes. Most of the vans we sell do not include Nav, but most do have the touch screen radio, which looks just like the Nav radio. The final van you selected was the one in our showroom, and just like the one in our advertised special was not equipped with the optional Nav package We only had a few of the advertised special vans you wanted left in stock at the time, and neither one had optional $475 Nav. We would have had to try and bring one in from another dealer and charge you the $475 option. I would never lie to any of my clients to sell a vehicle, as these days with so much competition we rely on your repeat and referral business. Although I am confident that I in no way misled you or misrepresented the vehicle you wanted to purchase, we do not want you to feel upset and lose trust in Oxford Dodge, and I will happily provide you a hand-held TomTom navigation unit, and hope we can serve you in the future. -Chris Battaglia

I really like taking my vehicle to Oxford Dodge. They treat me with respect. We make decisions as to what is going to be done together; it's not dictated to me as if I don't know what to do. I appreciate that. Rides to and from work with pleasant customer service vehicle drivers round out the experience. Katie on reception intake is reassuring and know what questions to ask to get the details on the problems with your vehicle.

Mike greeted me with a smile and was very attentive to my concerns. He went over the work order to assure that was the service to be completed. Sitting in the waiting room, he again greeted me with a smile and told me that the service was almost completed. Thanks Mike!

had rattles and noises coming from the front end of my vehicle--Mike went for a test drive with me --he saw to it that it was fixed --always have great service and relationship with Mike.
