We recently had our 2 cars in for tire change, oil change & peace of mind. The work was done promptly, efficiently & correctly. We are pleased to be customers at Oxford Dodge.

Everyone I dealt with from appointment setting to getting picked up from work was very accommodating. No waiting and no fussing at all. Thanks for the great service :) It is just a shame that the dealership is located on the opposite side of the city from me. Going down Oxford on a good day is never pleasant...

Service was friendly, honest and very open to fit my schedule. Darryl was precise and very detailed in description of results of inspection and jobs needed to be performed.I like the fact that there was no hurry in decision making and my time was appreciated.Service was done in time allocated that helped me in continuation of my daily activities. Also I have to thank Mike Beach for friendly and outgoing assistance every time i was in the shop. Thanks to all At Oxford Dodge.

Craig gave me all the details of the car before we took it for a test drive. I love the Fiat so it was an easy sell but Craig did give me personal attention which usually is only shown to men NOT women which I appreciated. He is a very honest and up front person and I would have no problem sending my friends to him.

I was keep up to date on the progress of my repairs (there were many). Was offered more economical parts (I refused, I only want genuine Mopar parts). Know all the Technicians are trained and professional that are doing the repairs on my vehicle.
