No salesman in the back seat for our test drive...perfect! When we returned the number on the table was already lower the our expectation...even better! The best car buying experience we've ever had!

Everyone was respectful.Told us all our options Let us have a drive in our new to us Pontiac Van.. Which we are now enjoying. we had a nice fallow up phone call from Archie Mcnaughton For sure no complaints and we are very satisfied customers we would send anyone there that's for sure.

Was advised that the service was going to be done in a certian time frame and it was. The price was given prior and it didn't change when I paid. All in all great experience.

I always will book my appointments with Mike, since I trust him 100%. If Mike recommends something I know I need it for the car. He's on top of things and can multi task any job. It seems like everyone like to go to Mike. Mike gives me piece of mind. and I know I can count on excellent service every time. He does a great job on judging the amount of time I'll be without the car and will always double check to make sure I've got my pick up arranged. I'll be back in two weeks, and it will be nice to see Mike there with a smile on his face and ready to help everyone. I appreciate his follow up call today concerning the delay in this email. The service of my vehicle was efficient and the car was ready for pick up within a reasonable time frame. I was disappointed that I have only owned the vehicle for a short time and none of the issues that came up ie. the brakes needing replacement were noted at the time of purchase that it may be an issue. The car had not been driven much.
