I was having problems with my car battery, needed my snow tires put on and new back brakes. Being a single female with no experience with cars I'm usually quite nervous going in and getting my car looked at. The staff at Oxford Dodge (in particular Mike Summerfield) has taken care of me for years and I always feel well taken care of and treated fairly.

I called in the morning and was able to take my car in the same day. I asked for it to be ready by 2:30, they were done before 2. When it came time for me to pay the rep looked up my history and found warranty coverage I forgot I had purchased. I left happy.
