Yesterday I arrived there first at 740 in the morning waited an hour for a shuttle. Some girl who was only waiting for 20 minutes decided to steal my shuttle. I came in to complain to the manager offering me a ride home. It was thrown back by his generosity! Very kind people who work there :)

Excellent salespeople, but very poor and inconsistent service department service. A quote given over the phone when your vehicle comes in should remain the same when you go to pay, the price was upped $80 until we mentioned the inconsistency. Imagine how many times that's happened without someone realizing...Also - a vehicle under warranty with under 35,000 kms should NOT have multiple recommendations by the service department to the tune of over $800 out of pocket. We will be servicing our vehicle elsewhere from now on.

In almost 45 years of buying vehicles this has been one of the best experiences ever. We bought our Equinox just over 2 years ago. The sales experience was exceptional. Great customer service right thru. We have had great success with getting our 3 vehicles serviced there. Only disappointment is that we didn't get notified about their rewards program. Can only imagine how much credit we would have accumulated by now towards a replacement for our G5.
