I enjoy every interaction I have had at Nurse Chevrolet. From buying the car, using the Express Lube, getting my car detailed, having regular service done, transacting with the front reception, etc etc etc, the friendly, efficient and client focused service I receive EVERY time make me loyal to this fabulous dealership. I RAVE about it to all my friends. There are so many small things that have made my multitude of experiences amazing that there isn't enough room but here are a few: - Our salesman Rob assisted my husband in surprising me with a sunroof in the car I was buying...a hard thing to do with me watching all the computer screens soo intently :) - Rob taking 45 minutes to get me "set up" in my new Trax with On Star, my phone, etc etc - The front receptionist remembering my name and tidbits about me so that every time I am there she inquires about my life with a personal touch - Kevin in service, who every time I bring my car in for service is friendly (@ 7am) fast and efficient, while making meaningful suggestions about things that with my high monthly kilometers will keep me safe and my car running great. He always is clear in his follow up calls to me regarding what has been done to my vehicle that day. Everything he says is done, has been. Never has there been a discrepancy - Mary Nurse for her prompt and meaningful response to my husbands emails Etc the list is endless and all positive Thank you Nurse Chevrolet!

Excellent service by Marlinda Topping, probably the best service I've ever had. She was so friendly and even called me multiple times just to give me an update. I've always recommend Nurse since the day I bought my car (in part because of the great oil change service, the fact they clean my mats every time is awesome), but her service, and the service of others bring this facility up a few notches.

Came for oil change and tire rotation. I was approached in person by service advisor to inform me of extra work required and quotes for those repairs, and asked permission before they proceeded with any extra work. I have lways received wonderful service and hope that never changes, and usually refer friends and family to your dealership.

Kevin met me at 7 am and arranged for my shuttle to the Go Station, explained what needed to be done and got me on my way quickly. The car was ready when I was told it woudl be and the shuttle pick up at Whitby Go was on time. The driver was very friendly. Great customer service

Service department is very disorganized, lacks knowledge and customer care. I went in last week for some warranty issues with my truck. They had to send my rims (which were off the truck luckily) away and order new ones. A few days later a service advisor called and said they were in. I went in the following day to pick them up to find there was no paperwork or identification denoting which rims were mine, (even though I pointed them out on the shop floor) and they couldn't release the rims because they had given the wrong rims to the wrong people in the past and weren't allowed. I told them to have my service advisor look into it and get back to me, which he didn't. I went in today again to try to get my rims for a second time, and again there was no paperwork or identification readily available. After 45 minutes I managed to act upset enough for a service advisor to get me the rims. Completely disorganized and a total disregard for customer service. Also an inspection to see if there was anything wrong with the truck prior to my warranty being up that was spoken about with a girl on the phone. I was told the dealership wasn't allowed by gm to look for issues before a warranty expires unless it's directly related to a complaint or issue because that would be fishing for work, to me that would be looking after gm customers. The service she recommended was a multi point vehicle inspection to look for any warranty related issues. After looking into it after the fact I came to realize the multi point vehicle inspection concentrates on non warranty items such as brake pads, oil life, tire rotation and tire wear, as well as a leak check, all work I can and have done in my driveway. Now my warranty is going to be up, and my truck still hasn't been looked at for anything covered by warranty. In talking to the girl at the counter over the phone she had no clue what was included in the inspection, because quote "I'm not a technician" a quick Google search found the checklist of what was looked at. Clearly the receptionist staff has no business offering services if they have no idea what these services entail. I am not picking on any one person here, the organization as a whole seemed to be bad.
