The service consultants are always very helpful regardless as to who brings the car in. In our family we don't have a male driver and our experience with dealing with shop people if you are a woman can be less than stellar. Thank you Nurse employees. Paul Hague

had my air conditioning assessed....and the problem was found and solved. The cabin filter was replaced, but it didn't need replacing (I had just had it replaced 3 weeks earlier), so requested a refund, and received the refund on the labour.

If it wasn't for Shawn Irwin being there, we would not go. Sorry, we are very loyal to this sales person. We tell everyone how honest and very good he is. We just purchased 2 car's from him, on his off day l must say!!! You have a great asset by having him with your team! Shelley May

Good experience, just disappointed that we have had to return twice now within a month for a similar problem with our truck regarding spark plugs and wiring. Your service workers did their job just an inconvenience for us considering the truck is only a 2014

mechanic had to redo and car kept another day and detailing was poor and left grease, broken part and chips in paint

I have never had a negative experience with any of the service staff I have dealt with. They always explain the work completed and so far my car is running as good if not better than new.

Everything was fine, had the OnStar upgrade done. Good to go. Think that says it all. Don't think there needs to be a 20 word limit!???

My visit was excellent, I was taken right in for an oil change and then the employee realized I had a recall to do as well which I had forgotten about, she was able to fit me in right then which was a big help to me -it took a bit longer than she had expected, (which was fine) and she apologized and gave me 2 free car washes. Everyone was pleasant, respectful and concerned about my car, it was all good!
