I arrived to look at used Civic's. Showed John the cars I was interested in. He promptly lined them all up for me to test drive. Explained the vehicle functionality. Described a good test drive route. Pulled the files to go over car details. Made me feel confident I got a fair deal on a well maintained car. I was then given a quick tour of dealership and taken to Rob in finance who was also professional and courteous. First class treatment received from all. Car was spotless and ready at pick up time. Impressive!

my experience was off the charts after talking to Andrea for a few seconds about trading in my civic in she knew exactly what I was looking she directed me into a 3016 Honda Accord sport I was like wowwww Serious what a sweet ride and sweet colour performance handand interior and the exterior was extremely beautiful

2015 Accord coupe lease

We leased a 2015 Accord coupe from Ellen last month. This is the second Honda we have leased from Ellen in as many years. She was extremely patient and professional through the process. We would recommend Ellen and Brantford Honda to anyone looking for a new or used Honda !

Jon was the first salesperson who approached me when I attended the Honda dealership. He was happy to take me on a test drive of a 2016 Honda Civic. I didn't plan on entering into a lease that day, but Jon's excitement about the car helped me make a decision to enter into a lease. After the test drive , he went through all the lease details and ran through different cost scenarios. He knew everything about the car. He is definitely an asset to the Honda family.
