Lied! As they told me my car was still being looked at, when in fact I saw them finish working on the car over half hour earlier. When I booked the appointment I said I would be waiting. I got treated on the phone like I was at home and that whatever they told me I would believe, even though I was waiting the whole time and didn’t see anyone work on my car for over a half hour before I called. When they found out that I was there waiting, my car was out 10 minutes. I had asked for high mileage oil and it was not put in. My appointment was for 11, and I was not out of there until 12:45. I was late for work because of this. I am not impressed. I understand covid has slowed things up and I’m sure that maybe what part of your excuse is. I have family and friends tell me the service was horrible and expensive there, and prefer to drive to NewMarket Toyota. Maybe I should of listened to them.....

This was my first time bringing my 2019 RAV4 to this dealership, as it was purchased second hand and from another dealership. The customer service was amazing, from the time I called to pick up. The tech I was dealing with was very informative, and helpful. I like that the dealership clearly strives to make it an experience for the customer. Example the free car washes or even the massage chairs. (Even though they are closed due to Covid) I also like that they offer text messages vs phone calls as this is helpful when in meetings all day!

Jackson’s provides excellent service. My only small problem was the communication regarding Covid measures. Please remind your customers to bring a pen to fill out any paperwork, and note that the form to fill out tells us to drop it in the Dropbox when actually it has to be dropped in the mailbox.

Ariel worked on my car. It was in for an oil change. He phoned me when it was completed. There were no issues that came up. He met me at reception and took me around to pay the bill. He was very courteous and gave me a free car wash! All in all a very satisfactory visit.

I was shown all the features of the Toyota Tundra , had SOS set up, Everyone was very friendly and helpful, all the services at the dealership were shown to me. My sales rep was excellent, I am very happy with my first experience at Jackson’s Toyota
