Andrew is the Best salesman! He has a very good knowledge in Toyota's cars and he is very funny! We bought Corolla with him and so happy, because we never met the same kind of great service with other dealerships. All staff very nice and friendly! Good place, recommend everyone!

Went online on Saturday morning to look for a used 4Runner. The online Sales Department arranged for a 12 PM time. Drove there and after a bit of confusion (their used location is at another building - not far away but no signage for it) met with the Used Vehicle Sales person. He informed me that the 4Runner was sold yesterday. Can't believe the online salesperson didn't know that. It was still sitting in their yard and had no indication that it was sold. It'll be interesting if it's still around next week. Lucky I didn't have a far drive & waste a lot of time however still was a frustrating experience. Won't darken their doorstep anytime soon.

The sales representative was pleasant and well informed. During the purchase process, I received frequent phone calls, emails and texts concerning the status of my vehicle. I also received videos of the model I had purchased and videos of the vehicle itself upon arrival at the dealership and later when dealer accessories had been installed. The sales manager was prompt in processing my financing arrangements and very clear about the financial terms. I’ve owned 8 Toyota’s and this purchase was my beat experience to date.

On Tuesday (Aug25) I got oil spilled from my Corolla iM (my fault). Had to tow it to Jackson’s Toyota. It was fixed with 100 dollars. In the mean time Andrew B (a hardworking sales rep) offered me to test the New 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. I loved it and by the end of day I left the dealership with the 52 km Rav4 Hybrid from there. Thank to Andrew and Monique for rushing the whole process so I can get the car same day. Yes, I’m that type of customer and I annoyed everyone there till I got the car :)). After 600 km 80% haighway and 20% city my screen is showing 5.7 average consumption. So don’t believe what books are saying, it’s less than that. Take a look at the pictures and you’ll understand that day for me what it meant. And now at 800 km I got 5.6
