I had a very good experience.

The sales representative was pleasant and well informed. During the purchase process, I received frequent phone calls, emails and texts concerning the status of my vehicle. I also received videos of the model I had purchased and videos of the vehicle itself upon arrival at the dealership and later when dealer accessories had been installed. The sales manager was prompt in processing my financing arrangements and very clear about the financial terms. I’ve owned 8 Toyota’s and this purchase was my beat experience to date.

On Tuesday (Aug25) I got oil spilled from my Corolla iM (my fault). Had to tow it to Jackson’s Toyota. It was fixed with 100 dollars. In the mean time Andrew B (a hardworking sales rep) offered me to test the New 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. I loved it and by the end of day I left the dealership with the 52 km Rav4 Hybrid from there. Thank to Andrew and Monique for rushing the whole process so I can get the car same day. Yes, I’m that type of customer and I annoyed everyone there till I got the car :)). After 600 km 80% haighway and 20% city my screen is showing 5.7 average consumption. So don’t believe what books are saying, it’s less than that. Take a look at the pictures and you’ll understand that day for me what it meant. And now at 800 km I got 5.6

Generally a good dealership. Just find the right salesperson and get a good relationship going. Just be friendly and firm and they won't push you too hard. Make sure that you haggle on every deal. There are good service perks as well. Service recently has been fairly quick with little hassle. Last two service advisors have been great. Update: August 2020 - Service has become less personal due to Covid. The whole dealership is on lock down stricter than hospitals and all other businesses in the area. Staff are polite and friendly if you see any. My recent service was done well and quickly with no extra work needed. There is no waiting area, washrooms or shuttle service. They are offering an Uber to people who have no ride.

Customer service was extremely courteous and kept me apprised on repair costs. Plus, they cleaned the exterior of my van at no cost and to my surprise. Very appreciated, given the road salt splash on it at the time.

Other than the COVID policies, my experience was positive.

I have a peculiar noise coming from the front end or under the hood. It is random and happens at different times while driving. The mechanic was unable to replicate the noise nor did he find the problem. Everything was checked and was deemed safe. I was not charged for this part of the service and I was very pleased since the noise continues to be there. I also had my vehicle detailed. They did a good job but missed the glove box between the seats, missed a small salt mark by the gas pedal and a small amount of dirt between the rubber and the bottom of the door. For the money I was charged to have it cleaned I was surprised.

Salesman was great, no pressure, answered all our concerns

We drove to Barrie from Orillia after looking on-line and seeing the selection of vehicles at Jackson's. Did not have to wait to see salesman. He was very well informed about the vehicle we wanted and took the time to explain all the features to us and let us go for a test drive. Took us inside and explained the price, warranty, etc. Pleasant individual.
