We drove to Barrie from Orillia after looking on-line and seeing the selection of vehicles at Jackson's. Did not have to wait to see salesman. He was very well informed about the vehicle we wanted and took the time to explain all the features to us and let us go for a test drive. Took us inside and explained the price, warranty, etc. Pleasant individual.

I really liked the contactless drop off and pick up. Very easy and safe. Service was completed as promised. Good commination to keep me informed of progress from my service adviser.

I’m not good at this type of communication. But I must say, All staff I was in contact with were excellent. Nelson, Lori, Vickie. And they were good with my many phone calls and questions!! Happy with service. Thanks Joyce.

Key drop off was confusing. There were various signs with contradicting instructions. Needed to ask for help to ensure my keys were dropped off correctly.

Buying a car from Jackson's Toyota was another great experience. This was my second time buying from Jackson's. Lee Thrasher did not pressure me into buying my new Rav4 Hybrid.. He was very helpful and explained the mechanics on how a hybrid works. So far I'm very pleased with my hybrid. I would certainly recommend Lee to my friends and family.

I asked to do regular service but Toyota won't listen and I wasted 2.5 hrs to get nothing. I sent an email for two weeks and they didn't respond to me. Now, I missed my service.

As an ordinary user I didn't know that changing my transmission fluid is a very serious and sensitive operation with it's temperature. I made an appointment early this month for my Highlander at Aug 14th at 1pm. I arrived at Jackson's Toyota around 11am that day. Around 1:40pm the technician start to move the vehicle to the inside and then not even 20 minutes later he drove it out. Then I waited until 3:40 pm before he drove the car back inside and at 4:40pm he finally had fixed it. I thought if the Service Adviser played a more professional and user friendly consumer environment by letting me know beforehand that this kind of service that is required for the vehicle to be in a cool condition, I would've had a different type of experience with Jackson's Toyota.
