I have been a Jackson's Toyota customer for over 4 years. They never disappoint from the service department through reception. I particularly want to acknowledge Andrew for his exceptional service when we purchased our Highlander. His service could not have been better. We were able to find exactly the vehicle we wanted at an excellent price. Melissa in finance was awesome as well. I highly recommend this dealership. You won't be disappointed.

I had my vehicle in for a service this past weekend and I really enjoyed their contactless process. Everyone on the premises was required to wear a mask. I brought my own pen to fill out the envelope that contained my key, and dropped it into a box. I then left, and received a text when my car was ready. I paid my bill online, although you could pay at the kiosk as well. The text included a pin that I used to retrieve my keys from a lock box, and then I picked up my car and drove away. It was a seamless experience. I almost wish this became a permanent thing. Thanks Jackson's!

It was quick and easy. I was kept informed of the status of my service. I liked that I didn't have to call to see if my car was ready. Touchless pick up was a breeze.

Brake problem

Brakes were very soft. Brought in for service, and brakes were checked and maintenance performed. Could not locate problem. When road checked after servicing brakes were much firmer. Thank you very much. The problem appears to be resolved.
