Disappointed

Dropped my car off at 8am to see if there was an issue. Waited all day and heard nothing so called and left a message at around 4pm heard nothing back. Called again at 5pm waited on hold told I would be called back. Finally heard back and was told there were no issues and I could pick. My guess is my car sat around all day and it was looked at quickly at the end of the day. Was also asked if I would like a car wash while my car was there said yes and that never happened. Now my car is over the warranty Km so if something does come of from what I brought it in for I’m on the hook for it.

I was called when the car was taken in to service department by Michael. He asked if I had any concerns and discussed them with me - was very pleasant and helpful - phoned me when car was ready and explained what had been checked out and assured me that the car was in good condition . He was very personable and in these times when we can't see the person we are dealing with, it was a pleasant experience to talk to him.
