My car got recalled for a potential air bag defect. I booked an app but constantly had to change it cause of my super busy schedule and the staff at Jacksons were always super accommodating and understanding. Once I was finally able to attend my appointment, they were quick to check up on my vehicle and I was able to pick it up within a couple hours. I also had a concern when receiving my vehicle back as things appeared be moved around. Simple and good explanation due to where the air bag was accessible in the car and they even apologized for not informing me. No need for apology anyway! Thanks for the seamless and easy experience Jacksons Toyota!

Lee Thrasher was patient, friendly and never hesitated to give me a wealth of information about the vehicle I was interested in and ultimately bought. There was no pressure, and it was a fantastic experience.
