Justin was very helpful and answered all my questions. I brought my daughter and my other daughter and son in law were texting back and forth with questions. First time buyer so I didn't know what to expect. Thank you for everything.

Vehicle needed repairs, they also reminded me of a recall which they addressed. Repairs were made same day. Communication was made by text and then phone.

TOYOTA FACTORY SERVICE #10-MAINTENANCE

The reason for the visit is clearly defined in the Toyota Factory definition/description of Service #10-80000 kilometers. No need to recite it here. My vehicle is not heavily used-so-the kilometers for this service-#10-is just 63250-not 80000.. As far as i know/can tell-the Maintenance service was completely satisfactory. In addition to "Maintenance" I was advised that the vehicle required 4 additional items-complete replacement of brake fluid. rear window wiper and two air filters. These items were also addressed at 41000 kliks-I'm a little skeptical-but after a positive discussion with Michael-I authorized the work.

I was very disappointed after I purchased a used car from Jackson Toyota. I had to return a few times to make sure things were done when I should not have had to check on it. Work to support the warranty was not done as they had promised, and I had to pay for this two years later. Although very friendly staff, most sales places are. I will Definitely not be returning, nor recommend. There are too many other good dealerships in the Barrie area.
