I just needed a oil change. I had to wait a week to get in. I arrived on time, dropped off my keys in the outside slot and let the service guy know I was there for my 2 o’clock appointment. There was no Vehicle in the oil change area when I came in, so I thought good, I’m next. Went to waiting room. After 45 min, I took a look in the service area and they were working on another car - of a woman who came in after me. I asked a guy who was at a make shift desk if he was service, yes he was, so I asked him to check on the status of my vehicle. He said ok, but he said he was with another customer and exited to the service area. After about 10 min, another younger employee came out instead of the other guy. He said they over booked and I would have to wait another hour. I was annoyed. He said I could rebook if I wanted, which just pissed me off even more. I live out of town - 45 min drive - so I certainly didn’t want to waste more of my time by leaving without my oil change. I did get a complimentary car wash at the end which I appreciated.

My first time at Jackson's Toyota. I was pleasantly surprised at their attention to detail and their customers at the service department. Questions were answered and the service advisor (Michael) kept me appraised along the way. Thank you sir and the Jackson's team of technicians that were able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently.

All great except having to leave my vehicle, resulting in my having to pay transportation to and from work because I live\work in Angus.

Maintenance at 8000 km. I've been with this dealership since 2010 or 2011, and long term Angus patrons\ clients\customers shouldn't be treated less than those in Barrie or Innisfil in terms of courtesy transportation services. It's offensive, especially as I just bought a Rav 4, and I have my Yaris as well - both serviced in Barrie.

Keep up the good work; social distance drop off & express check-out excellent. Would recommend it continue, however other customers came in not wearing masks & no Toyota personnel had them leave until I had finished.

All the communication was very timely amd professional. Could use a few more signs to point people to the showroom to pick up your keys as a few people were milling around the same place where you drop off your keys expecting to pick it up at the same spot.
