Did not check fluids and tires as stated on paperwork

Clearly they didn’t check the tire pressure , the car displayed 39 for all tires and the paperwork said 35. Also the washer fluid was not topped up as stated on paperwork. And didn’t check other fluids . :( Hopefully they actually changed the oil and filter :(

I purchased my car in December from Jackson's Toyota and we had a manager contact. The sales agent was aweome- Meaghan, however the supervising manager that we haggled with, didn't even come out to shake our hands or greet us. Now impressed. Then we were supposed to get a call back because my purchase was done so late on new years eve that I was to come back for lessons on how to install things. That did not happen. In addition, Meaghan had set up an initial first car inspection for June 30th and my appointment was not there and was not rescheduled. We rescheduld for today July 10th and we had an appt at 1:15pm. There is no shuttle service, no where to sit or talk to them. We left a note saying please call and gave 2 cell numbers. After walking in scorching heat to the nearest restaurant, eating there, wandering around Canadian Tire we walked back only to receive a phone call at 3:40pm to find out out car was just not even in yet. The only way I will be purchasing or getting my service done with Jackson's Toyota will be if they pick up my car do the the service requested and return it.

A positive experience even with a pandemic.

Performed R98 safety campaign. I was shuttled home and back by Uber. Car was sanitized.No worries. Would definitely come back.
