Regular maintenance Detailing Tire rotation Problem with keys He explained what was going to be done and then when done he investigated my problem he got back to me and explained everything. Then he called me back to advise he was done.

We purchased our 2020 Rav 4 on a Thursday night. We didn't plan on purchasing the vehicle that night but Lee was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and listened to us. He had the vehicle ready for us on the following Monday. It was great service and we are very happy with our new Rav!

Very disappointed and frustrated

I brought my truck in at 8:15am on Thursday, July 2nd for a recall on my Tacoma. I was told it would take a large portion of the day which is why I needed to drop it off in the morning, and if it were to fail the inspection they would need it for longer. I was never specifically told more than 1 day. I was disappointed and frustrated to learn after 3-4 hours that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my truck until the next day “mid to late afternoon.” I had already made plans to go up north for the weekend so I had to ask my Dad to pick it up for me on Saturday, which was a huge inconvenience for me and him. I also asked if someone could check my steering wheel as I noticed it was rubbing against the steering column. I was told the clip was broken on the inside and would cost me $223 plus tax to fix. I told Jim, that I did not want to purchase that part, as I believed that if the clip on the inside was broken it would be an assembly defect. I was told I was over my warranty of 3 years so it was not covered. I was pretty upset with that reason as I have 37,000 km on my truck after 4 years. Thanks to Jim Barrett for doing the best he could to accommodate me, however I wish that I was told more specific details of the recall and wish that Jackson’s Toyota would have done something for me, for the broken clip in the steering wheel, after the inconvenience caused by the recall and miscommunication.

Tire change was fine

The actual tire change was fine but the whole Covid precautions were confusing. Envelopes for the drop off hard to find (had to get service attendant's help to find them). They were supposed to call my cell when the car was done but they phoned home instead. I had to find someone when the car was done. Payment was nothing like the description in the email (no PIN, no self serve kiosk). When paying, the person was beside the shield, not behind it, and didn't wear a mask. The service itself was fine.
